1. Choosing a Format
- Locate the Barcode Format dropdown at the top of the generator.
- Select your desired standard:
- Code 128 / Code 39: Best for general inventory, SKUs, and alphanumeric text.
- EAN-13 / UPC-A: Strict retail formats requiring exact numeric digit lengths (hints will appear below the input field if your digit count is invalid).
2. Text Display Toggle
- Check or uncheck the box labeled “Show text value below barcode” to instantly include or exclude the human-readable text value directly under the barcode graphic.
3. Using Single Mode
- Ensure you are on the Single Mode tab.
- Enter your desired code or SKU into the Data / Code Value field.
- View the live preview update instantly in the box below.
- Click “Download Single PNG (300px)” to save the standardized image directly to your computer.
4. Using Batch Mode (Multi-Generation)
- Click the Batch Mode (Multi) tab at the top.
- Enter multiple codes into the text area, placing each code on a new line.
- Inspect the live stack of generated previews.
- Click “Download All as ZIP (300px each)” to download a compressed
.zipfolder containing all valid barcodes as individually named 300px PNG files.
