User Manual & Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Generating a UPI Payment QR Code
- Click the QR (UPI Payment) tab.
- Enter the recipient’s UPI VPA / ID (Required, e.g.,
storename@icici). - Enter the Payee / Merchant Name (Required).
- (Optional) Input the exact Amount (INR) and a Transaction Note.
- The system automatically builds the URI and updates the interactive Pay Now button.
- Click Download QR to save the crisp 300px PNG image.
2. Generating a Standard Text / URL QR Code
- Select the QR (Text / Link) tab.
- Paste the URL or text string into the input field.
- Click Download QR to export the image.
3. Generating a Single Barcode
- Select the Barcode (Single) tab. (Note: Format automatically resets to Code 128 upon tab switch).
- Select your desired format (Code 128, EAN-13, or UPC-A) from the dropdown.
- Toggle the Show text value below barcode checkbox according to label design needs.
- Enter the SKU or code value. If invalid characters are detected for numeric formats (EAN/UPC), an error notice will display.
- Click Download Barcode PNG.
4. Generating Batch Barcodes (Bulk Download)
- Select the Barcode (Batch) tab.
- Type or paste your code list into the text field with one code per line.
- Preview generated SVGs in real time in the scrollable view area.
- Click Download All as ZIP to export a organized
.zipfile (barcodes_300px.zip) containing all valid items.
